About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning models for predictive analytics
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models to production
• Present findings to stakeholders and clients
• Lead data science projects from conception to delivery
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts

Required Skills

• PhD or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
• Proficiency in Python and R
• Experience with SQL and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong statistical analysis and modeling skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with deep learning and NLP
• Industry certifications in data science or cloud platforms
