About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our IT initiatives and drive successful project delivery. You’ll be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation through closure while ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Implement agile methodologies and best practices
• Monitor project progress and manage risks and issues
• Ensure quality deliverables within scope, time, and budget
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing budgets and resources
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and migration projects
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
• Experience in vendor management
• Background in software development or IT operations
• Scrum Master certification
